Fullness

In the car today, after the dinner and the gas station, I was thinking that maybe a full gas tank and a full stomach are the modern day equivalents of full granaries and a full… stomach. There is a feeling of contentment and well-being in that comes with the fullness. My brakes still squeak though, perhaps the modern analog for coming storms or locusts? This requires further thought.

Also, this moves me:

When we die
We will die
With our arms unbound

And this is why
This is why
Why we fight
