i don’t think i’ve ever experienced anything more pride-killing than today, when i was beaten (badly) at a winnie the pooh memory game by an eight year old girl who has trouble doing single digit multiplication when she’s not looking at a multiplication table… her squeals of joy as she matched pooh-to-pooh, eeyore-to-eeyore, etc, will haunt my dreams for a long time.

  4. if it makes you feel better….wait i can’t think of anything. maybe just think of the time you beat me at set? i guess it doesn’t really compare =D

  5. haha actually i DID think of that, but you’re right, they aren’t the same. and it didn’t help.

  6. dude, the same thing almost happened to me, except i think i was playing against a 6-year old!at first, i wasn’t taking it too seriously. then, i realized that i was actually trying hard, but i was still losing. =(playing games with kids is tricky, cuz whether you win or lose, you’ll feel somewhat bad about it
